Non-Destructive Testing

Martin/Martin performs non-destructive testing for contractors, facility managers, owners, and legal specialists using our own equipment and in-house engineering expertise. Our equipment includes borescopes, ground penetrating radar (GPR), impact-echo, thermographic camera, vibration sensors, pachometers, electronic leak detection, and data acquisition systems. Services include field location of existing steel reinforcing bar and post-tensioned tendons, vibration evaluation of existing structures, material thickness determination, waterproofing membrane leak detection, defect location, air and moisture intrusion measurement, structural monitoring, and verification of as-built conditions for renovations. Licensed engineers perform or directly oversee these services, providing a high level of service, understanding, and expertise.
