Barbara Romero

Barbara joined Martin/Martin in June 2023 after a 20-year tenure with her previous employer Corden Pharma, a pharmaceutical product manufacturer. Throughout her career she has been dedicated to fostering employee engagement and development. In 2023, Barbara led the pursuit of a training grant for Martin/Martin to enhance employee skills. In addition to her commitment to employee engagement and development, she has a deep passion for giving back to the community. Barbara leads the Martin/Martin Gives Back committee, channeling her dedication to corporate social responsibility and fostering a culture of community involvement.
