Structural engineering design services for a 17-story, 275’ high office building located across the street from Denver Union Station in Lower Downtown Denver. The project includes 400,000 SF of prime office and retail space and a 6-story garage with 1,200 parking spaces. Part of the project scope also included foundations for the adjacent vacant site that became the DaVita tower, on which Martin/Martin also provided engineering services.
