Martin/Martin provided structural and civil engineering services and infrastructure master planning for the 240-acre Arista project. It is a mixed-use, high density, regional transportation-oriented design. The project includes a relocated RTD park-and-ride adjacent to US 36, an Aloft Hotel, a bank, and a parking garage.
Civil services included roadway and intersection layout, sanitary sewer and water system analysis, reuse water design, drainage master planning, floodplain removal and regional detention/water quality pond designs. We also provided structural design services for a three-building complex that houses ground-level retail and restaurants with three to five levels of office space above.
