The student center facility includes kitchen and dining facilities, fitness spaces, offices and will house the CCU bookstore. The signature atrium and great room are open two-story spaces with a large fireplace and glass walls opening onto the main plaza area. The plaza area also incorporates seating benches and tables beneath a large trellis structure. The structural system is comprised of structural steel framed floor and roof levels with masonry stair and elevator cores providing lateral resistance. The great room space is structured with glulam beams and light gage trusses supported on structural steel.
