Martin/Martin Structural and Civil has been involved with the Charles Schwab Denver Service Center project since design and document review of Phase 1 and 2, including Parking Garage P2. Phase 3 will consist of a new 6-story parking facility with 1,100 parking spaces. The project will also include a ground-floor retail and fitness facility and a second-level conference center.
The project included design of new domestic water, fire, and sanitary sewer service lines. A dedicated deceleration lane on Park Meadows Boulevard is designed for direct access to the new garage facility. Surface parking and amenity zones were also included.
