Typical Project Approach:

Our team will begin by performing a brief review of the original structural drawings if provided by the owner to familiarize ourselves with the structural system. We will visit the site to observe the current conditions of the structure and waterproofing elements. While onsite, we will locate signs of structural distress, poor drainage and other problems potentially affecting the safety, durability, maintenance, or performance of the garage.
After the above work is complete, we will produce an engineering report outlining our findings and general recommendations for repairs or maintenance of the deteriorated areas. Our report will include an evaluation of the severity of the conditions observed and if requested, include an engineer’s opinion of the rough order of magnitude construction costs associated with the repairs.
Following the issuing of our report, we will discuss our recommendations with the client and help them establish a plan to implement the repairs considering the time of year, owner’s budget, and recommended timeframe outlined in our report.
