Constructed in 1995, Coors Field is one of Denver's major landmarks. The stadium is at the heart of a burgeoning entertainment, commercial & residential district, having helped to revitalize Lower Downtown and the surrounding area. Special geometry in plan and section provide a compelling and intimate fan experience. The structural engineering design combines poured-in-place concrete, precast concrete, and structural steel to achieve an economical and aesthetic structure. The park is reminiscent of the character of early ballparks.
Since its construction, Martin/Martin has also been providing engineering services for miscellaneous projects on the property including the 2014 rooftop renovation, seating/restaurant additions, evaluations, support, renovations, and tenant improvements.
