Martin/Martin provided structural engineering design and rebar special inspection for this 5-story, 183,000 SF multi-use community center. The street-market style 72,600 SF dining center accommodates 900 people with service provided from a full-service display kitchen. The 54,000 SF student center includes offices, meeting rooms, and support spaces. The 2-story, fully underground parking garage accommodates 375 vehicles. Centrally located along Regent Drive between the Kittredge Complex and the Farrand district of housing, the building is commonly considered by the University as one of its most successful new building projects ever constructed.
