Martin/Martin is working with the Denver Design District in master planning and implementation of a highly complex urban infill project inclusive of roadway and utility infrastructure improvements to create pad site developments and facilitate vertical developments. The project is highly dynamic and is designed to position the development team to capitalize on market-driven opportunities with many project stakeholders aggressively pursuing innovation and sustainability. Infrastructure designs will be able to support up to 10M SF of vertical development while complementing two light rail stations and direct access to I-25. Beyond a multitude of private stakeholders, the project requires heavy coordination with RTD, CDOT, and the City and County of Denver to mediate responses to (often conflicting) comments and interests while maintaining ongoing campus operations.
