Structural engineering for a new design-build 110,000 SF K-12 school building to include class space for approximately 500 students, administrative offices, a library, gymnasium and locker rooms, an auditorium, and a cafeteria and kitchen space. The structure for the building is a mix of structural steel, load bearing masonry and insulated precast panels at the gym with a conventional slab on grade floor and a spread footing foundation system. This project was completed in August 2020 with a construction budget of $39M.
