This 5-story, 218,000 SF addition includes 107 new beds, 15 private labor and delivery rooms, surgery suites, 48 mom/baby rooms, 16 neonatal intensive care beds, and 28 pediatric and intensive care beds. Martin/Martin provided structural and civil engineering for the center, including the relocation of a 21-inch diameter sanitary sewer, modifications to the hospital entry, street improvements, drainage, and on-site water quality.
