Martin/Martin provided design and construction oversight for this Panorama Metropolitan District project. Construction management services included demolition, excavation, utilities construction, asphalt paving, stormwater management, structural work for the bus shelter, and ramp and stairs for the Panorama Corporate Center. We also provided review of work, rejection of defective work, inspections, and tests. Martin/Martin also provided structural considerations for the hourglass public art installations at the Light Rail stop.
