Anchored by the Gaylord Rockies Hotel, the overall project will include an 800-acre corporate park, 500,000 SF of retail, 1,600 single-family homes, and 1,400 multi-family residences. We also provided infrastructure design around the 8 hotels and the charter middle school, as well as major drainage design for the creek on-site.
