Auraria Higher Education Campus, Denver, Colorado

Martin/Martin performed a structural assessment of the largest of the three garages on the Auraria Higher Education Campus. The 7th Street garage is 630,000 SF and centrally located near the hub of campus. Engineers evaluated the current condition of the structural and waterproofing systems, prioritizing recommendations based on the level of deterioration. Recommendations were grouped into categories to facilitate future planning and budgeting of the repairs. Routine maintenance recommendations were provided to improve the longevity of the structure.
