Structural engineering for the adaptive reuse of the historic, 26,000SF, three-story Massey Building originally built in 1910. The building has functioned as a hotel and is now being converted to office space and a new restaurant. The scope included renovation and restoration of the three main levels, the mezzanine, and partial basement levels. We also returned the roof to its original function as a balcony.
