Martin/Martin provided civil design services for the rehabilitation of the Historic Charles Young House, including building foundation drain, storm drainage, erosion control, domestic water and fire service, sanitary service, coordination and permitting with water and sanitary jurisdictions, a review of the need for a stormwater lift station, and the decommission of an existing septic and leach field. Special consideration was given for buried artifacts and witness trees relative to pipe routing, as well as maintenance access and accessibility.
