Martin/Martin's civil engineers were tasked with the rehabilitation of the historic Pecos Trading Post to provide an American Disability Act-compliant accessible visitor facility and National Park Service staff offices. Work included building and landscape renovations; drainage remediation; erosion control; and utility needs. Our wastewater engineers designed a new onsite wastewater treatment system in accordance with State of New Mexico Environment Department Liquid Waste Regulations. Maintaining the historic fabric of the area and sustainable design were paramount to the project.
