This 50,000 SF, multi-use cultural center project includes a 1-story building with a partial basement, mezzanines, catwalks, an outdoor amphitheater, and a 535-seat main stage theater for visual and performing arts community productions. The site provided some engineering challenges, being so close to the water table on a sloping site. Foundations and rebar detailing were key in the design. The project was fully BIM coordinated with each design entity through all phases.
