This 12-story, 696,000 SF justice complex consolidates the state's judicial agencies into a single location and reduces long-term lease costs. The scope also includes a 327-vehicle parking facility and a 3,800 SF Learning Center. The center houses the state Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, judicial offices, and the attorney general’s office. With a 4,000 SF green roof above the Learning Center and other sustainable features, the facility is certified LEED Gold. Structural services included general building design, blast design, security consulting, and rebar shop drawing preparation.
