Structural engineering design services for a 1-story 40,000 SF retail building. Featured architectural elements include raised, cantilevered canopies, a clerestory skylight running the length of the building, and a cantilever with projecting display window. Efficient construction methods kept the cost low- these included tilt-up concrete, repetitive steel framing, and standard storefront glazing.
