Martin/Martin provided complete design, survey, and construction services for this mixed-use, 800-acre, single and multi-family residential community. The Master Plan included hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, evaluation of alternatives for detention/water quality ponds, roadway crossings, and channelization of Senac Creek. The development is located just upstream of Aurora Reservoir, thus, water quality is a high priority within the overall basin.
The project includes all elements of land development with emphasis on implementation of a stormwater quality protection program featuring various best management practices. The project required coordination with surrounding developments, the City of Aurora, Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, and the Army Corps of Engineers.
