This four-story, 475-space garage was completed as part of the larger hospital campus revitalization to provide much needed employee parking near the new main hospital. The structure is supported by post-tensioned concrete long-span beams and is clad with a customized aluminum screen system. Civil and site work was completed in two phases: Phase 1 included the design and construction of the garage, a temporary turn-around for shuttles, one point off egress off of public right-of-way, and the associated storm, sanitary, and water infrastructure. Phase II included the commercial space located on the south end, the removal of the turn-around, a new parking lot consisting of 91 parking spaces, and an additional point of egress.
