Martin/Martin provided structural engineering for the 65,000 SF, three-story medical building equipped with adjacent surface level and below-grade parking. The first floor of the medical building holds a 3T MRI suite, lobby, and market. The second floor is comprised of an ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms, nine pre-op/post-op rooms, and 14 recovery rooms. The third floor holds the Steadman Clinic, regenerative medicine lab, and therapy gym along with offices, exam rooms, and conference rooms. One of the most notable parts of the design is the glazing offering panoramic views of the Rockies.
