Martin/Martin, engaged through a local contracting company, investigated 10 city garages for the City of Topeka. Tasks within the contract included assessments of the structural and waterproofing elements, development of as-built drawings, repair design drawings to be issued for permit, construction oversight, and maintenance recommendations to improve the longevity of the structures. Additionally, Martin/Martin's engineers performed construction engineering on an as-needed basis for the contractor.
