Structural engineering for approximately 50 Topgolf sites in 29 states. Topgolf venues are both recreation facilities and entertainment destinations. Typical building design includes foyer, kitchen facilities, offices, support/maintenance facilities, as well as multiple golfing bays along the curved rear façade. The structure of the upper-level golfing bays and roof include a 12ft cantilever, extending these above the main floor, and keeping structural elements away from golfing patrons. Using lean construction tools and optimization techniques, we have reduced construction costs and schedule related to structural elements. Projects have been completed using the design-build method, further reducing time involved in design and construction. Our engineers conduct a project evaluation after the completion of each Topgolf venue, striving for continued design improvements, to deliver the maximum value to our client and owner on future facilities.
