The 2-story office building is constructed of metal stud, precast, and masonry with a metal roof. The second story of the office building features a large clerestory window or skylight in the ceiling. The warehouse shop is masonry, steel, and sheet metal, has 21 vehicle bays, a site truck loading platform, and an internal mezzanine.
