This state-of-the-art, 60,000 SF facility houses small and large meeting rooms, and public event spaces. It is a place for prospective students and families to enter the university, for gatherings of current students, for alumni to celebrate the history and traditions of their alma mater, and for corporations and organizations to interview and recruit UW students. The center also included museum-quality space to commemorate the history of UW with pictures, displays, and exhibitions. Due to complex geometry and an aggressive construction schedule, a design-assist process with Puma Steel of Cheyenne was incorporated and the MM Construction Engineering Services team was brought aboard, saving nearly four weeks in the construction schedule.
