Civil engineering services for the extension of 104th Avenue from Wadsworth to Sheridan and development of interchange details involving surveying, design of two miles of arterial roadway, environmental assessment, contract administration, and construction engineering. Included were design of a bridge over US 36 to CDOT standards and to provide a connection from Wadsworth to Sheridan; crossings of Big Dry Creek and Walnut Creek, including eight wetland inventory investigations; alternative bridge studies; extensive coordination among environmental agencies, developers, and neighborhood groups; and solutions to address various environmental concerns.
