Westminster, Colorado

This project is a transit-oriented development that is part of RTD's FasTracks project. Part of the new Northwest Rail Corridor, this is the city's first commuter rail stop. This centerpiece of the project consists of an amphitheater-style plaza on the north side of the station with a pedestrian underpass below the RTD light rail tracks and BNSF mainline rail. The area around the station is a vibrant, mixed-use district, including a 40-acre community park with recreation and open space amenities.
